Johnstown Estate weddings - Aoife and Martins short film

Aoife and Martins Johnstown House wedding started off in the nearby parish of Jordanstown and it was in the beautiful Jordanstown church that the lovely couple got married.

Their wedding film then finishes off on the fabulous grounds of the wedding venue.

Aoife got ready in the gorgeous house herself and Martin have just built and it was a lovely calm atmosphere in the morning for the bridal preparations.

After the ceremony myself the photographer – Dasha Caffrey – headed back to the house for some quick photos before making our way to the wedding venue in meath for the reception

The couple had plenty of time to mingle with guests during the drinks reception at Johnstown House Estate as the ceremony had been close by.

They also chose to skip the traditional greeting line after the church which is advice I give to all of my couples for winter weddings.

This usually gives a much better chance of getting some good photos and video in relatively good light before dusk settles in.
– And it is nicer to have more time to spend with the guests and family inside a nice and cosy wedding venue as opposed to a cold church door at wintertime.

About your wedding videographer, Ronan Quinn

I’m married to Lida since 2018, and we have been together for over 10 years. We have 2 small children who are our life, Stella is 6 and Luna is 4. The 2 best days of my life were when the girls were born. The third best was the day we got married.

I was a lithographic printer for 16 years, when the recession hit Ireland I was out of work in 2010 and my Gran gave me a “few bob” towards setting up my first business, which eventually led to Amare Stories.
