Palmerstown House wedding videos

Lately, it seems most of my Palmerstown House wedding videos feature fireworks and Albonie and Ian’s short film is no different.

The fact that Palmerstown House Estate sits on over 900 acres of land and is close to an airport means the skies have very little light contamination and it is the perfect backdrop for a fireworks display at the end of your wedding day.

Albonie and Ian came all the way from Queenstown, New Zealand to Ireland to get married. Ian is originally from Ireland and Albonie from New Zealand.

Watch their short film below to see how we kept a lot of the New Zealand traditions in their wedding video to make it as authentic as possible.

Palmerstown House - Albonie and Ians' short film

Albonie and Ian’s Palmerstown House wedding video features a beautiful ceremony on site which was presided over by Albonies uncle which was a lovely touch and it was lovely to hear the native Māori language.

Everything happened at the venue, from bridal and groom preparations to the ceremony and Dancing.

Bride and Groom got ready at Palmerstown Estate which meant that there was no hassle travelling between destinations and the guests and family could enjoy the surrounds of Palmerstown House Estate for the full day.

The weather was not great for the day but luckily we did manage to get outside for some photos and video with Albonie and Ian.

I loved the spontaneous rendition of part of the Haka by some of the guests just before I left for home.

About your wedding videographer, Ronan Quinn

I’m married to Lida since 2018, and we have been together for over 10 years. We have 2 small children who are our life, Stella is 6 and Luna is 4. The 2 best days of my life were when the girls were born. The third best was the day we got married.

I was a lithographic printer for 16 years, when the recession hit Ireland I was out of work in 2010 and my Gran gave me a “few bob” towards setting up my first business, which eventually led to Amare Stories.
