Darver Castle wedding videos

Darver Castle has always been a lovely venue but recently they have done a load of renovations and updated their reception room and wedding ceremony room too.

I was recommended to Alish and Sarah by a fellow wedding videographer and it turned out to be a great wedding.
Both of the girls got ready very close to where I live and then we headed off to Darver Castle for the wedding ceremony.

Darver Castle won the “Castle Wedding of the Year” 2020 in the weddingsonline awards ( the same year we won “wedding videographer of the year” )

Originating from the 15th Century, Darver Castle is a spectacular setting.
It looks beautiful from the sky with some drone footage.

The Castle is surrounded by beautiful mature trees, gardens, and lawns.
The Castle and surrounding outbuildings have been recently renovated and the standard of this amazing wedding venue has definitely improved even more int he last 18 months.
It is a very popular venue for weddings.

Sarah and Alish met at Sarahs gym initially and from there their connection grew into something stronger.

They had a beautiful ceremony at Darver Castle followed by a beautiful wedding reception.

We were so lucky with weather for the photoshoot and finished the evening off with a nightime shoot as well.
No matter how well your day goes you should always be open to a few evening shots with your photographer  or videographer as they can just finish of the video or wedding album with that one extra amazing shot.
