Lough Erne wedding video of Ellen and Barry

Lough Erne wedding video

Ellen and Barrys beautiful wedding video from Lough Erne. I have been to the venue multiple times now, and although I always seem to find during some rain this time the sun shone for us at just the right time.

It had been a pretty wild day but my self and photogrpaher Peter Carvill got through as best as possible – the entrance provides great cover to allow some bridal party shots and family photos.

But it was later on in the day that we got lucky, just before dinner call we noticed a break int he clouds and quickly asked Ellen and Barry if they would like to go outside to and let us do some bridal portraits and “couple time” in the gorgeous setting sun around the landscape that surrounds the venue.

The results were the icing on the cake for this wedding film. If you want to read more about their big day head over to my journal where the couple give some information about their big day and also some tips for couples thinking of a Lough Erne wedding video

Lough Erne Resort

An absolutely stuning wedding venue……….. Lough Erne Resort, is a luxurious 5-Star hotel in Enniskillen, the gateway to North West Ireland.  Nestled on a 600 acre peninsula with spectacular views of the Fermanagh Lakelands.

A spectacular Rathsallagh House wedding video

Rathsallagh House Wedding Video

Catherine and Sean had their wedding ceremony in Rathsallgh but they actually both live in Australia, where they met.
Catherine is from Ireland and Sean is from Australia. They both contacted me after seeing other wedding videos from Rathsallgh that I had shot.

They had their wedding ceremony in Rathsallgh and it was my first time in the little purpose built “chapel” on site.
The wedding ceremony was beautiful and it was presided over by the humanist celebrant – Billy Hutchinson. I’ve worked with Billy a good few times now and his ceremonies are always nice, with just the right amount of humour.

The photographer on the day was Nick O’Keeffe , we always work really well together and Nick is a good friend within the industry.

Rathsallagh House

Originally Queen Anne stables, Rathsallgh house is a Blue Book House.
It was converted from stables into living accomodation after the original house burned down during the 1978 rebellion.
Joe, the owner of Rathsallgh has a beautil ethos int hat on the wedding day “it belongs solely to you and your guests for your big day – this exclusivity allows Rathsallagh flexibility to tailor all arrangements to suit your every need” .
This is not just something they print on their website as I have witnessed Joe greeting guests at the front door on arrival with champagne in hand for the couple and he alwyas impresses upon them that they have the run of Rathsallgh for the day.

It is surrounded by the Blessington lakes and on a summers day the venue really shines.

Tankardstown House Emotional Wedding Video

Tankardstown House wedding video

Tankardstown House in Meath is fast becomming one of my favourite wedding venues in Ireland. It’s the perfect location to shoot an amazing wedding video.

9 times out of 10,  the couple are having a civil ceremomny in Tankardstown when I am here. The oranagery is amazing as even in the winter, when ceremonies are inside, you still get amazing natural light pouring in.
The whole venue exudes luxry, from the 18th Century Manor House and Garden Village thorugh to the manicured gardens.

Paul and Avrils wedding was extra special as Paul is a fellow wedding vendor and we worked together many times when we was the wedding photographer at wedings I filmed.
He told me Avril loved the stlye of my wedding videos and when the date was available we ageed I would film their wedding.

With a young family themselves it was a very emotional wedding video, from Avrils Grandad giving her away to Pauls amazing speech.
Paul and Avril also wrote each other personalised vows and if you are thinking of having a non tradional wedding it’s something that, as a wedding videographer, I encourage all my couples to think about as it makes their memories extra special and personal.

Waterford Castle Hotel wedding video - Stunning island location

Waterford Castle Hotel wedding video

A beautiful wedding video from Waterford Castle. Jo and Rowland came over from the UK to get married in the castle.
They had a gorgeous wedding ceremony in the recpetion area of the castle. One of my favourite celebrants was on hand – Dara Molloy .
Dara is a druid and performs Celtic spiritual ceremonies, especially weddings, and also acts as guide to pilgrim groups visiting the island.

Waterford Castle Hotel wedding video

It was a pleasure to film this wedding for Jo and Rowley. I really enjoyed the morning celebrations in particular which saw the lads doing some clay pigeon shooting .
Secondly, it was an amazing ceremony as always.
As it turned out one of my prvious couples were also in attenednce.
Check out our other wedding videos if you want to see some more of my work.

Waterford Castle Hotel wedding video

Whilst this was not the first wedding video we have done at Waterford Castle it was the first in which the civil ceremony was on site.
It’s a perfect location to do everything under one roof and the castle has a real feeling of exclusivity to it.
Because everything was on site we had some more time for drone work and also got to record the lads doing the clay pigeon shooting in the morning.
