Avril and Barry decided to have their wedding ceremony in the banking room in the Westin hotel. Steeped in history, it is a beautiful room for a wedding ceremony or a wedding reception. Or both!

The day started at Avril’s parent’s home for the wedding day preparations. We had a beautiful calm morning with the girls, and the lads got ready over at the Westin.
As it takes the lads much less time to get ready, they had time for a swift pint across the road in Temple bar before coming back to the Westin Hotel to greet the guest that had started to assemble ahead of the wedding ceremony.
When the ceremony was over, Avril and barry took a stroll with myself and the photographer towards Grafton Street via a quick stop at Trinity.
I love how friendly people are towards couples who have just married in Dublin. Well wishes from locals and tourists alike.
We were blessed with some December sunshine, and our little walk was finished off with the gorgeous couple having a little dance in front of Brown Thomas to the tunes of a busker on one of Dublin’s most famous streets. I love a bit of Dublin in my wedding videos.
